Covers
Our covers are built to follow all the contours of your boat so, therefore, we need your boat here to build the cover. It is always kept inside our shop while it is here. Our road cover stays secure while driving highway speeds. We have been using the weatherproof Aqualon material for over 14 years and it has proven its durability to last. All the specs and colors on hand are on the Aqualon Chart. It is a lightweight material, but has great rip strength to last and it doesn't shrink or fade like a lot of other materials used for boats.
We use heavy duty 1" webbing for straps and metal buckles that keep straps tight. We go a step above our competitors and use Tenara thread which is resistant to ultraviolet rays, acid rain, cleaning solutions and other destructive substances. We also put two vents in the upper part of the cover to allow the boat to breathe, since the material is so weatherproof. Heavy duty cotton back vinyl is glued and sewn to the underside of the cover where there are items that may wear against it.
We also build cockpit and bow covers with the same material to last and can design custom-fit bimini frames with cover or just replace a damaged cover. Pontoon boat covers are also available, road or snap-on.
